Beamline for schools is an international competition run by CERN, the European Organization of Nuclear Research. The goal of the organization is to allow students the chance to participate in particle physics and learn more about the international physics community.
Every year our team creates an experimental proposal around the topic that interests them and submits it to the competition. The top two teams receive the honor of traveling to one of the European particle accelerators in order to preform their experiment.
