Oriole Football Mission Statement
The football field is our classroom and the game is our vehicle to teach lifelong lessons, create memorable experiences, and have fun. It is the mission of our program to build character in our student-athletes. Attitude, commitment, discipline, and sacrifice will be used to build a successful program. Our plan is to expose student-athletes to a family atmosphere in the hopes that they will build on this tradition and understand the responsibility to hand it down to younger players. Lastly, our mission is to continuously pursue excellence and overcome adversity. We will always prepare, practice, and play to WIN on the field, in the classroom, and in the game of life.

Freshmen Football
At the freshmen level, we build the foundation through fundamentals. We believe that fundamentals and player development are critical in the future success of our players and Varsity teams. Players are expected to work hard to master the fundamentals. Winning games is important but not as important as teaching a winning attitude at this level.
JV Football
This level is a critical phase in the program's development. The sophomores work closely with the Varsity program and follow the same expectations. An emphasis is placed on player development and team success at this level.
Varsity Football
The varsity experience is the ultimate in a team sport. Varsity Football is a school and community event. It is important therefore to be successful on the field to foster community pride and spirit. Winning is critically important, but we won't sacrifice principles and sportsmanship to win games. we will work extremely hard, put in long hours, and do everything humanly possible to win the right way.
*When participation numbers are high we will create a supplemental reserve schedule to ensure playing time so all players can develop.
