As we strive to take this program to the next level, we need to focus on 3 core mentalities that every player needs to have on the team: Team first, coachable, and all-in.
First and foremost, have a TEAM FIRST mentality. High school golf is a team sport and as such our student-athletes will have a team-first mentality and commitment to our golf team and program.
Secondly, be COACHABLE. Our student-athletes need to be open to trying new things and going outside of their comfort zone on a day-to-day basis.
Lastly, be ALL-IN. Be all-in to the program and to each other.
We will succeed if we maintain these core mentalities!
