HUHS Girls Swim - About our Program

Season Info

The girls swim season runs beginning of August through end of November.

Dual meets (for both JV and Varsity swimmers) are on Tuesday or Thursday evenings this year. Varsity Invitationals are held on a handful of Saturdays. The annual Alumni Scrimmage invites OriOwls of seasons past to compete against this year's team. Both OriOwl hosted meets bring intense energy to the Bird Bath - plan to be there!

In the offseason, join the Girls Swim Team for their Annual Pike Lake Swim Challenge on the 2nd to last Friday in August. For details and the required permission slip

Practice Start Date

Starting August 13, 2024

Camps/Training Opportunities

First day of practice: 

• Tuesday, August 8th, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. , Monday – Friday until school starts

First day of school: 

• Tuesday, August 29th, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday -Thursday, Friday 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., two morning practices will be added (days TBD)

First Meet:

• Saturday, August 19th, Early Bird Invite, Wauwatosa West, time currently states 9am, but that is likely later
