Educational Options
School districts are required to provide a list of the educational options available to children who reside in the pupil's resident school district no later than January 31 each year.
A child with a disability is allowed to attend a participating private school of the child or the child's parent's choice, if that child has previously been rejected from attending school in a nonresident district under the open enrollment program. An ineligible child may begin attending an eligible school at any time during the school year.
